The IPCC report AR5 and it’s report on extreme weather says there is little evidence that extreme weather events can be attributed to human-caused emissions. Weather extremes in the U.S. were worse in the 1930’s and 1950’s than in recent decades. So why is the Prairie Climate Centre of the University of Winnipeg claiming the opposite?
