Staffing Conditions in Long Term Care

Lynn is a nurse with 40 years experience. The last few years of her career were spent in a long term care home. She noted 34 deaths of the 55 patients in one year. This was unprecedented. She reports of the understaffed conditions prior to the pandemic. (20 minutes) March 31, 2023.
