A Frontier op-ed appears today in both the Regina Leader Post and Saskatoon Star Phoenix

It argues that free public wifi such as the Saskatchewan! Connected service are incurably silly, with no prices there will never be a reliable match between supply and demand. The op-ed is based on a 12 page backgrounder paper also released today.
