Now as a second step, can the Government of Canada get on with the job of clearing a right away across the rest of the province?

If the TransCanada pipeline across northern Ontario in the past could be approved by an Act of Parliament, why not a right-of-way through BC?  Get on with building the pipelines and let government-to-government negotiations and the courts figure out the compensation.
